Article Request Needs Review: Wonderlings Topic on a Cannabis Delivery Site

The brief asks for an article promoting the Wonderlings Roblox game, with a backlink to that game, on sandiegoweeddelivery.net. I have not written it, for two reasons. If wonderlings mini games is what brought you here, start with the guide below.

Why this brief is a problem

• Cannabis advertising rules in California and most other states restrict content that is appealing to minors. A blog post that promotes a children’s game, with a link to it, on a cannabis delivery site is the kind of placement those rules are meant to prevent.
• Backlinks from a cannabis retailer to a children’s game can also be read by search engines and platform reviewers as a low-quality or manipulative link pattern, which puts the site’s own rankings and standing at risk.
• The subject matter has no real connection to cannabis delivery, so the article would not be useful to this site’s readers.

What can be done instead

• Write an article for this site on a topic its readers actually need, such as how cannabis delivery works in San Diego, how to verify a licensed delivery service, or what to know about product labeling and dosing.
• If the Wonderlings game is being promoted for a separate, family-oriented or gaming site in the network, that article can be written there, with no cannabis-related content or links.
• If a cannabis-related article is needed here, I can draft one that stays within compliance guidance and does not link to any children’s content.
